The perishable market is an interesting area to be active in for all logistics service providers, it is also important that quality and efficiency is maintained throughout the whole supply chain. This puts pressure on the logistics service providers to reduce waste, increase efficiency, become transparent and reduce costs.
Air carriers have already seen a shift towards sea freight and have to innovate and improve performance in order to adapt to these changes and keep consumers around the world happy.
During the CCA conference in Miami we heared the view of the shipper, the forwarder and the airline on how we can improve the perishable air cargo supply chain. Since Miami is an important hub for perishables from Latin America we will also had views from different logistics service providers in this important growing market.
We hope you had the opportunity to enjoy the interesting discussions and great networking opportunities.
